Mick Mastromanno

Mick co-founded the firm with Matthew, after working across property finance, investment, development and conveyancing for many years beforehand. That broader industry background means he understands how each side of the property industry operates, and it’s the perspective he brings to every file he is involved with. He and Matthew teamed up to build a practice focused on doing the work properly and looking after clients through what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Across his time as a licensed conveyancer Mick and the team have completed more than 4,000 transactions of all types. As a hands-on Director, he leads the team across multiple offices and stays involved in the day-to-day, particularly around contract negotiations. Mick is known for a plain-English, no-nonsense approach. He tells clients what they actually need to know, strips the jargon out, and uses his industry experience to get them the outcome they need. For Mick, the most satisfying part of the job is helping clients work through obstacles and seeing a deal come together the right way.

That client-first approach is the foundation he and Matthew have built the firm on. Mick believes what sets the team apart is a strong focus on communication, responding quickly, managing files efficiently, and keeping clients and stakeholders properly informed at every stage. He also stays close to the industry through regular seminars, courses and events, always looking for new ways to do things better, and the firm’s many five-star Google reviews tell the rest of the story.

Mick holds an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, a Diploma and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations). Outside of work, he’s heavily involved in the local football community as the current President of the Waverley Park Hawks Junior Football Club and a long-serving committee member there.
